  2. Confirmation & quote: Next we will confirm availability, explain fees (including travel/after‑hours surcharges), and reserve the appointment once you accept.

  3. Preparation Call: We tell you which identification and supporting documents are required and review any signer eligibility questions in advance to avoid delays.

  4. Appointment & notarization: We arrive on time (for mobile), or meet at our location. We verify IDs, ensure signers understand and sign in our presence, complete the notarial certificate(s), and apply the official notary seal.

  5. Completion & receipts: We provide a signed, notarized original to you, retain a journal entry when required by law, and issue a receipt for payment.

  6. Follow‑up: We can assist with additional copies, apostilles, or further notarizations if needed.

Storage option for submissions

  • Secure temporary storage: We accept documents in person or via secure upload for appointment preparation and will retain submitted materials temporarily (up to 30 days) if requested to facilitate multi‑step signings. We store documents securely, limit access to authorized staff, and dispose of unclaimed materials by secure shredding after the retention period.
